Alex and Frances from Alresford Interiors have been experiencing continuing success with their handcrafted furniture and kitchens company. They realised they needed marketing materials and a website that reflected the success of the business and the high quality products they produce from their joinery in Alresford, near Winchester in Hampshire.
Their existing marketing collateral didn’t reflect the precision and care they put into their beautifully crafted bespoke furniture and fully installed wood flooring.
We took Alex and Frances through an analysis exercise to develop a well-defined brand strategy, which resulted in tidying up the existing logo to bring it up to date and developed a strong visual style rolling this out across stationery, presentation books, printed adverts and website development.
It was important that the magnificent quality of the furniture, kitchens and flooring spook for itself and this is where the emphasis on images was all important. The photography Alex and Frances had of their products portrayed the splendour and these needed to do all the talking, where words would likely fail.
The new website had to be optimised by redirecting all the URLs from the old website to the relevant pages on the new website, optimising image titles and creating highly relevant page titles and descriptions to give search engines additional information.
The website speaks for itself: www.alresfordinteriors.co.uk
Frances, Director of Alresford Interiors sums it up:
“With bandv we have been able to take a proper, measured look at our business, what we do, why we do it and who we do it for. We knew this of course, but bandv helped us to crystalise this knowledge into a concise, clear message for our clients. Working with Ross, Jenny and Alissia to create a new look website alongside marketing literature was an absolute pleasure. They supported us throughout the process and showed real depth of understanding and expertise in their advice and direction. What they have created for us is amazing and we are truly delighted. We are already getting feedback from our customers about our ‘new look’.”
