Empath-e, a successful CRM solutions consultancy, wanted to update its branding and website to reflect the company's contemporary and professional approach. Due to the highly customer-orientated nature of its business, empath-e required a brand which communicated an approachable yet highly experienced and professional organisation. The company’s existing website was technically biased and lacked any sales punch to attract potential customers. Empath-e recognised the need for a professional creative agency to take it through the design, development and implementation of both a new brand image and website and approached B&V Creative with its brief. B&V Creative worked very closely with empath-e to produce a logo which reflected the company’s key message. The jigsaw “jewel” illustrates how empath-e is the “important piece of the puzzle” – helping their customers to succeed with their business objectives. Empath-e also wanted a content managed website which it could update in-house. However, it didn’t want the need for this type of system to affect the overall look and experience of the site. B&V successfully delivered a website which met this requirement while delivering a contemporary, fresh and professional look. Following on from this initial launch, B&V created literature and folders to reinforce the brand image, enabling empath-e to project its company ethos and core message to a wider audience. |
